Klickitat County intends to set up a Facility HVAC Service agreement with a negotiated monthly reimbursement per facility. This agreement for HVAC Services shall be with companies that specialize in facility maintenance. The Contractor must have a strong ability to provide complete HVAC servicing to all equipment listed in the Specification Breakdown provided by Klickitat County. This agreement shall be a two-year contract beginning July 1, 2024 through June 30, 2026.
